Novus Fl Foil

Novus FI Foil is one of the top products in our range of exfoliated graphite laminates – specialised products designed for demanding, high temperature applications in the petrochemical and refining industries.

Manufactured by Novus Sealing of Australia, a company renowned for its high-grade sealing products, Novus FI is a graphite laminate material with one or more thin, flat stainless steel 316 insertions. The thickness of the reinforcement is 0.05mm.

The graphite sheet is fixed to the insertion by means of a super thin chloride-free adhesive layer. This reinforcement results in a sturdy gasket which is relatively easy to handle and simple to process into gaskets.

Novus FI Foil is recommended as a general service material for high temperature applications including steam, with a Max Temp: Oxidising media -200°C to 450°C and Max Pressure: 140 bar.

This pure exfoliated graphite product is available in thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.00mm and 3.00mm and comes in a one metre square standard sheet size.
