The SM-120 is a cutting machine to longitudinally cut belts and tapes up to a width of 120 mm and a thickness of 5 mm. It is especially suitable to cut sleeves (i.e. cutting to width after joining). Sleeves up to a lengh of 800 mm can be tensioned around two rollers and be cut like this. Circular blades and cutting roller are driven electrically. The tensioning device for the sleeve works pneumatically. Blades are lowered into the belt by means of a manual lever.
