A-600
The A-600 is a preparing device for skiving (grind to a thin wedge for a glued Thermofix joint) of belts up to a width of 600 mm (wider if working in several steps) and a thickness of 6mm. It features a frame to firmly clamp the belt end and hold it in the correct position on a table for grinding of the wedge. Material is ground off using a belt sander. This belt sander is precisely guided on the frame, resulting in a skive of precisely the required geometry. The A-600 is suitable for on-site preparation and low to medium volume preparation of Thermofix joints of conveyor belts in the fabrication workshop.
