Provincial Rubber supplies various types of industrial sponge and foam sheeting. We stock quality self-adhesive rubber sponge tape, polyethylene foam, and closed-cell EPDM sponge, suitable for all projects. We fabricate custom sponge or foam components in large volumes or one-off prototypes.
Foam and sponge have great softness and flexibility originating from their material makeup. We supply sponge rubber sheets of various densities; QT16M, QT20F, QT20M and QT30F. With heat resistance of up to 80 °C, open-cell sponge rubber sheets can come in multiple thickness measurements of 10mm, 15mm and 20mm.
Industrial Foam and Why You Should Use it
Also known as cellular rubber and sponge rubber, foam rubber is an aerated versatile and flexible material capable of reverting to its original shape after being compressed. It is used in various levels of thicknesses and can be used in many applications such as shock absorption, sealing, insulating, sound-proofing and packaging in industry, manufacturing and domestic settings.
Products like soft-grade expanded PVC foam are used in common industrial settings due to being lightweight, flame-retardant and highly durable, not to mention its use for moisture seals and versatility in shape.
