Provincial Rubber is proud to be a British supplier of Grafoil GTS Graphite Thread Sealant – a patented, high-purity paste made from a combination of nuclear grade graphite with a nuclear quality petroleum based carrier.

This paste has all the characteristics required for long-life performance, even under the most severe conditions.

Grafoil GTS Graphite Thread Sealant is designed to seal small diameter, close tolerance threaded pipe joints in critical service applications, to withstand 635OC (1175OF) and 52MPa (7500psi).

This versatile paste can also be used as an effective bolt lubricant or anti-sieze compound. It performs amazingly well in tests, outperforming many conventional lubricants.

GTS Thread Sealant paste does not harden or cure with time, or at any particular temperature, so joints sealed with the paste are easy to dis-assemble even after years of service.

Application is easy. Just knead the tube well and apply the paste evenly to the threads (which should be thoroughly clean before you begin), making sure to fill the threads completely. Then carefully tighten the threaded joint, and close the cap on the paste tube. This product has a shelf life of two years minimum, from the date of first use.
