Back Plate

It is easier and quicker to replace damaged bumpers or studs fixed to a back plate compared to those fixed directly into concrete.

The quoted price for this item excludes any fixings which can be purchased at extra cost, see our Fixings section.

The back plate has 2 x M24 threaded holes to accommodate any of our 450mm rubber bumpers. There are also 4 holes for fixing the plate to the bay, 2 are 18mm dia and 2 are 27mm dia ( the larger holes are there to allow this part to be fitted with an angle bracket to take the backplate above the dock - see part WHDBA30 & WHDBA31 ).

Our part WHFX20 M16 x 125mm can be used to fix this backplate to sound concrete walls. Note: 2 x WHFX37 M16x50mm OD washers are also needed to cover the 27mm holes on the top of the backplate.
