SM-1603
The SM-1603 is a cutting machine to longitudinally cut belts and tapes up to a width of 1730 mm and a thickness of 10 mm (depending on material). The belt is clamped both before and after the cutting station and drawn through the machine by these driven clamping rollers. Circular blades and cutting roller are driven electrically. Circular blades are set in individual heads, so are quick to set up. They are engaged individually by means of pneumatic cylinders. Minimum distance of any two blades (=minimum belt width that can be cut) is 100 mm / 4 in.
Complemented by off-reeling CW-1604 and winder CW-1605 the SM-1603 is suitable for high volume fabrication.
